From 2012 JIME will be published 3 times per year, if sufficient publishable articles are received, with a Spring, Autumn and Winter issue. To allow time for reviewing and editing the Editors ask that submissions are received by the following dates:

Please read our editorial policies and submission guidelines carefully before submitting your paper to JIME. To make a submission you will need to login and go to http://jime.open.ac.uk/jime/author/ Video files should be submitted as a supplementary file which we will upload to JIMECHANNEL on Youtube. Alternatively you can upload your video to your own Youtube account and embed the link in your paper. | We have noticed that the JIME website works better in Firefox rather than Internet Explorer - some functionality when uploading papers or reviews doesn't work properly in IE. We are working to fix this problem, but in the meantime we suggest you use an alternative browser if you are having problems with the JIME site using IE. | |

The International Editorial board of JIME is delighted to announce that the Spring edition of the Journal of Interactive Media in Education is now available online. This is a special edition which features four papers exploring different aspects of Open Educational Resources. The issue also includes three book reviews of great topical interest about gaming in education and using digital media in schools. |
